What is the Strasburg Ram Trail?

The Ram Trail is a Town of Strasburg initiative designed to celebrate our heritage, showcase our spirit, and bring our pride to life in a visible, lasting way. Inspired by our community’s mascot and identity, the project will place full-size aluminum Ram statues throughout Strasburg. Each Ram will be uniquely decorated and permanently displayed at key landmarks across town, creating a trail that residents and visitors can explore year-round.

Purpose

The Ram Trail is more than public art. It’s a statement about who we are as a community: proud, resilient, and deeply connected to our town’s traditions. The project highlights Strasburg as a place where heritage matters, spirit is alive, and pride runs deep.

Rams will be placed at highly visible and meaningful sites, including:

• Strasburg Square

• Hometown Park

• Town Park

• Gateway Entrances (4 locations)

• Other landmark locations in Town

Community Involvement

The Ram Trail depends on sponsors, families, and local businesses to make it possible. Each sponsorship helps cover the cost of statue acquisition, decoration, installation, and long-term upkeep. In return, sponsors receive recognition that will last far beyond the unveiling event — with permanent signage at statues, website features, and prominent acknowledgment at the dedication celebration.
